As the founders of the Rozpedski Performance Tennis Academy, Marcin and Carley Rozpedski, are passionate about creating champions on and off the court. Tennis has been a lifelong journey for us, and through it we’ve seen how discipline, hard work, and the right community can transform not only athletes but entire families. Our guiding light is our Christian faith. It shapes the way we coach, the way we lead, and the way we treat every player who walks through our doors. While our beliefs inspire us, our academy is open to all — a place where every athlete has the opportunity to grow, belong, and push toward their highest potential.
We are committed to building an environment where excellence and integrity go hand in hand. Our goal is not only to develop strong competitors but also to help shape young men and women of character who will carry lessons learned on the court into every area of their lives.

Marcin Rozpedski is an esteemed tennis professional and visionary coach with a remarkable journey in sports. Originally from Warsaw, Poland, Rozpedski displayed exceptional talent on the tennis courts from an early age. At 15, he moved to the United States to train at the renowned Van der Meer Tennis Academy and later returned to Poland, where he won a national title and represented his country on the Davis Cup team. After contracting malaria during a match in 1995, his playing career was cut short, but his passion for the sport remained undeterred. Rozpedski earned a full tennis scholarship to UCLA in 1999, where he played under legendary coach Billy Martin before eventually settling in Indian Wells, California.
Rozpedski’s coaching career is distinguished by his work with elite players, including Victoria
Azarenka, Ana Ivanovic, Eugenie Bouchard, and the Williams sisters. As the Director of High-Performance Tennis at a premier academy, he has cultivated a reputation for developing innovative training regimens that combine technical precision, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. His dedication to nurturing talent extends beyond elite athletes to underprivileged youth, including his involvement with programs like Rosie Casals’ Love & Love Foundation. Rozpedski’s influence also spans into pickleball, where his athleticism earned him multiple national titles and a trailblazing role as the sport’s first professional player to secure sponsorship.
While Rozpedski’s athletic and coaching achievements are numerous, his greatest pride lies in his role as a husband and father. Alongside his wife, he is raising three sons, instilling in them values of integrity, hard work, and kindness. A leader both on and off the court, Marcin Rozpedski’s legacy is defined by his commitment to excellence, resilience, and making a positive impact in the world of sports and beyond.
